RCS CORRATER® electrodes are manufactured from certified materials in a wide range of metals and alloys. A high quality 8-16 RMS surface finish and machined profile ensures uniform current density over the entire electrode surface. Electrodes are packaged in pairs with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) to prevent corrosive attack prior to use. New viton O-ring seals are provided with each electrode. Electrodes can also be manufactured from special or customer supplied materials.
