Rohrback Cosasco Systems (RCS), a world leader in corrosion monitoring and equipment for access under pressure, is seeking four entry level Sales Engineers with 0 - 2 years experience. RCS products are used globally, and include sensors and instrumentation for corrosion monitoring, valves and specialized tools for inserting and retrieving sensors under pressure, ultrasonic thickness gauges, and more. RCS is a fast growing, highly entrepreneurial company, which is looking for leaders that have the following characteristics:
The position requires direct selling to a variety of customers located in the United States. The successful candidate will be currently based in one of four regions: North East/Mid Atlantic, Great Lakes/Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles. He will be a self-starting, hard working individual with a desire to travel. Additional requirements are excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal); a willingness to learn in a small company environment; and computer literacy.
RCS Sales Engineers work with customers to understand and interpret detailed system requirements that may include electronic instrumentation, mechanical valves, fittings, high-pressure access systems, and software. Duties will include initial customer visits, coordinating quotations in response to customer enquiries, closure of sales, and after sales support to the customer. A B.S. degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. Product specific training will be provided at our headquarters in California; however some understanding of metallurgy and materials would be helpful.

Process Control Engineer RCS leads the world in the design and manufacture of best-in-class corrosion monitoring systems. We currently seek motivated process control engineers with several years of field experience to help drive our growth in systems instrumentation. Our PC-based server applications and smaller embedded processors integrate into larger process control and SCADA systems, mostly for the oil and gas industries. The position involves systems design and development, project management, field commissioning, hardware and software support, and customer training. The ideal candidate will be an engineer experienced with process control instrumentation, who seeks a small-company environment where they can directly and quickly impact the company’s performance while broadening their own job skills. Applicants will preferably possess a degree in electronics, or electrical engineering, however other degrees will be considered with applicable experience. RCS equipment includes mechanical hardware and tools, electronic probes, transmitters, and system operation over networks, requiring a wide range of expertise. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to work well with customers, management, and design and manufacturing personnel. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to organize his/her work, set priorities, and deliver on time with little direct supervision. The position requires some travel (25%) and occasional extended hours at project sites. Candidate needs US residence status permitting international travel.
